Common Questions

Subscriptions are managed through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Go to your device settings → your account → Subscriptions → Hypnoelp → Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

First, try restoring your purchases in the app: go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, make sure you're signed in with the same account you used to make the purchase. Still having issues? Email us at help@hypnoelp.com with your purchase receipt.

Each account is limited to one active device at a time for content access. However, your purchase history is tied to your app store account, so you can restore purchases on a new device if you switch phones.

To protect your privacy, most of your personal data (journal entries, workbook progress, notes) is stored only on your device — we never see it. This means if you delete the app or lose your phone, this data cannot be recovered. Your purchase history is stored with Apple/Google and can be restored.

As stated in our Terms of Service, all purchases are final. We provide extensive free content (4 audio sessions + all workbooks) so you can evaluate the app before purchasing. If you have a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, please contact us and we'll help resolve it.

You can delete your account directly in the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. Remember to cancel any active subscriptions first through your app store settings.

Reporting Technical Issues

When reporting a bug or technical problem, please include:

  • Your device type and OS version (e.g., iPhone 14, iOS 17.2)
  • App version (found in Settings)
  • Description of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce the problem
  • Screenshots if applicable
